Newlywed Rebel Wilson has a lot to celebrate right now. Having just married her partner Ramona Agruma, she finally managed to sell her “content house” in Los Angeles, closing the deal just weeks after her wedding.
The 44-year-old mother-of-one first put the property on the market in June for $6.2 million (US$4.15 million).

She told The Wall Street Journal that she decided to sell real estate to “streamline” her life.
“It’s a very nice house,” Wilson said. He used the house as an office, meeting space, and a place to create social media content.

The actor explained that he plans to downsize to another property or look for a more traditional office space.
However, even though the house had many attractive features and was adorned with celebrity biographies, selling the property was not the easiest task for the actor.
Wilson first put the house on the market in June, but there were no listings. The company then relisted in September with the asking price lowered to $5.7 million (US$3.85 million).
Wilson ultimately settled the sale for $5.6 million (US$3.76 million) three days ago.

Despite the reduction, the Pitch Perfect star still has nearly $1 million left in the property’s value, as he bought the property in 2016 for around $4.4 million (approximately US$295 million).
This comes after Wilson and Agruma recently had a glamorous wedding on the Italian island of Sardinia. The image shows two brides walking down Virgin Road with their daughter.
Agrumah told Vogue that the couple, who have been dating for two years, chose a European location for their wedding because it holds so many wonderful memories for them.

“We went on an amazing trip early on in our relationship with our friends, the Ganges,” she said. “We had amazing food and found it to be the most romantic place. So we decided we wanted to have a small wedding there, with only family and close friends. I have made up my mind.”
The couple exchanged vows under a floral arch at the Hotel Cala di Volpe in Porto Cervo. Both brides wore white.
Wilson has been sharing photos from her “epic wedding weekend” celebrations on Instagram, where she has 11.1 million followers.
