Shilo launched an AI tool that runs one-on-one live coaching sessions with real estate agents and reports results back to team leaders, without the need for a manager.
Shiloh, an artificial intelligence conversation analysis platform for real estate teams, announced new proptech tools on Wednesday. The tool runs live, voice-based, AI-powered coaching sessions with each agent on the roster, without the need for a manager to be present.
The product, called 1:1 Coaching, builds a unique agenda from an agent’s call history, holds a live voice-to-voice conversation, and summarizes and remembers the content for the next session.
Results for all agents are compiled into one report for team leaders and are also displayed on a dashboard that shows who has completed their sessions and who has not completed their sessions.
Pitch is a scale. A human sales manager can probably coach 10 to 15 agents long before their individual attention spans run out, and costs between $80,000 and $120,000 a year, Shiloh said.
Everyone else on the larger roster tends to get group pep talk rather than actual coaching. Shiloh is betting that agents will actually use AI stand-ins to fill that gap.
“For 20 years, coaching real estate teams meant managers listening in on a few calls and giving everyone the same rebuke — never scaled, never personal,” Shiloh CEO and co-founder Justin Benson said in a statement. “With 1-on-1 coaching, we give every agent a real coaching session built on real-world sales methods, and we give our leaders back their nights and weekends. We didn’t build a bot that spewed out tips. We built a coach that shows up, remembers you, and sticks with you.”
Shiloh said the tool ran in beta with 200 agents before its release, with sessions averaging 13 minutes and scoring at least 7 out of 10 on every measure, including enjoyment, reusability, perceived usefulness, and personalization.
Benson said the number he cares about most is 13 minutes. “Agents don’t spend 13 minutes doing something that wastes their time,” he said. “They showed up, they talked, they told us they’d be back. To a coach, that’s what baseball is all about.”
1:1 Coaching is currently rolling out to existing Shilo customers and can be enabled for agents at no additional charge.
The company has integrations with Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, BoldTrail, Lofty, CINC, SureSend, and Bonzo, and already sells call-by-call scoring, script coaching, and AI-generated role-play scenarios built from real conversations.
