Rechat’s new Testimonials feature turns client reviews into marketing collateral and puts your reputation at stake as AI reshapes how agents search.
Rechat, an Austin-based proptech company, recently released a new feature that turns client reviews into ready-made marketing materials. No exports, no screenshots, no need for a separate reputation management tool.
The product, called Testimonials, allows real estate agents to collect and manage customer reviews within the same platform where they already track contacts and transactions.
When an agent receives an online review, it automatically flows directly into the Rechat Marketing Center and is ready to populate the presentations, social media posts, and campaign listings the agent has already built. Testimonials don’t just sit buried in your inbox, they become a living marketing asset that agents can use for their next pitch.
According to the National Association of Realtors’ 2025 Home Buyer and Seller Profile, a real estate agent’s reputation is the number one factor sellers consider when choosing a client, cited by 35% of sellers. Separately, industry research has repeatedly found that the majority of consumers say they trust online reviews as much as personal referrals.
Rechat’s argument is that most agents still manage their reputations manually, with reviews scattered across Zillow, Google, and old email threads, rather than incorporating them into workflows that reuse them.
The company is also framing this feature as insurance against a newer audience: artificial intelligence chatbots like Claude and ChatGPT that summarize agents and make recommendations to consumers.

“Buyers and sellers alike read your reviews before you walk in the door. In this business, reputation determines who gets a property. And now there’s a new buyer in the real estate industry. It’s not a human. It’s AI,” Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi said in a statement.
Hamidi added that the AI assistant already decides which agents to recommend based on their online reputation. “Testimonials exist so that your track record cannot be overlooked when the AI chooses who works and who doesn’t,” he said.
As AI assistants take on more of the research, recommending agents and shortlisting candidates to book listings, reviews and ratings will become the raw data these systems use to decide who surfaces first, Rechat said.
Easily find real estate agents with strong, structured digital reputations. If an agent doesn’t have one, they risk becoming unrecognizable not only to human buyers but also to the algorithms acting on their behalf.
“An agent’s reputation is one of the most powerful marketing assets, and until now, it has been the most difficult to leverage,” said Emile Sed, Chief Technology Officer at Rechat. “We’ve made testimonials intuitive so you can instantly use them in your campaigns, social media, and listing presentations as your clients share their kind words with you.”
Rechat’s framework fits the company’s pattern of consolidating agent workflows such as marketing, deal tracking, and CRM into a single “super app” rather than competing with each tool. Testimonials is a small feature, but as AI-driven discovery begins to reshape how agents are discovered, having the full stack all the way to reviews will definitely help you leverage Rechat.
