“Real estate professionals are eager to cast an even wider net in their lead generation efforts, and Search Links does just that,” said Andrew Flachner, president and co-founder of RealScout, in a written statement. said in a statement.

The search link is only available to RealScout Pro+ users who can access the tool from their dashboard. First, agents should create search templates based on market trends in their area, such as single-family homes under $600,000 in Nashville or $2 million properties in Brooklyn. RealScout updates MLS data every 15 minutes, so your templates will have the most up-to-date listing information.
Agents can schedule daily or weekly alerts for templates, so you can adjust search parameters as needed.
After creating a template, agents need to create individual search links and begin building landing pages that include a display name (such as a downtown Chicago listing) and a hero image from the RealScout database of professional photography and graphic design. There is.
Once the page is created, agents can share the link on social media, use it in pay-per-click advertising campaigns, embed it on their website, or send it via text or email to current clients.

Search Links is the first significant update for RealScout Pro+, which debuted in October 2023.
RealScout Pro+ incorporates the company’s Auto Nurture feature, which uses an agent’s CRM to automate outreach efforts to new and existing customers. Auto Nurture’s outreach efforts are powered by home value alert tools and real-time market activity alerts tailored to each step of a customer’s real estate journey, from securing a mortgage to year 10 of homeownership.
