PLACE, a business services and technology platform, announced the appointment of former Inman CEO Emily Puckett as its new chief strategy officer. Puckett will be tasked with leading the company’s consumer growth strategy, including its consumer content platform and strategic acquisitions, according to a statement from PLACE.

Puckett served as Inman’s CEO for four years. During her tenure, she oversaw an era of expansion in both events and data intelligence, and managed the acquisition of event company Blueprint in 2024.

The company provides tools to maximize property value through proper management, maintenance, home improvement, and financing. It has also made a series of notable acquisitions over the years. These acquisitions include umbrella platform Livian and software company Remine.
