However, the operation will be much larger. The development of this area could require an investment of approximately 100 million euros. Previous CZFB studies estimate that the expansion will create 1,500 direct jobs and 5,000 indirect jobs in a space of up to 100,000 square meters.
“It won’t all happen at once, it will be built based on company demand,” a CZFB official said. While the current DFactory has aspects of research, development and project incubation, the second phase will be more focused on “manufacturing,” the same sources in the public sector pointed out.
