Four Portland Lou portable toilets, an upgrade from what would be considered a regular porta potty, will be installed at three locations around Cleveland. The city’s Planning Commission gave the project “conditional” approval Friday.

Cleveland locations include two portable restrooms at Canal Basin Park in the Flats, one on Payne Avenue near the Virgil E. Brown Building, and one at Park Plaza downtown. It will be done.
