century 21
Bluegrass Realty Pros is an indie company founded by veterans. It is now part of Century 21 Real Estate, expanding the brand’s presence in Kentucky. Jason Gerstoffer, a former U.S. Army staff officer, started his career in sales in 2005, and his wife, Melissa, joined the industry in 2017. The two started Bluegrass four years ago and specialize in residential and commercial sales, land and investment properties, real estate auctions, and military relocation.
“Bluegrass Realty Pros is a truly unique business that combines the importance of family values with the noble cause of helping our nation’s military,” said Mike Meadler, president and CEO of C21. “…These values are a natural fit for the Century 21 brand, and we are pleased to be able to provide the Jerstoffers with an even stronger support system as they look to expand their name.”
Engel & Volkers
Former NBA star Gerald Henderson and his wife Nilu have joined Engel & Felkers to transform luxury firm Henderson Ventures into E&V Charlotte. Nilu has been involved in luxury homes, new developments, and new construction sales for over 10 years and is the founder of a full-service interior design and luxury staging company.
“The timing of this partnership makes great sense for our business and our market,” said Nilu, CEO of Henderson Ventures. “Charlotte’s continued growth presents us with the opportunity to combine our personalized approach with the strength of our global brand, further enhancing the experience we provide our clients.”
Exp Realty
Sonia Orozco, former owner of the REMAX franchise, has joined eXp Realty. Orozco has been in the industry for over 30 years and has built a reputation as one of the top brokers in the San Bernardino area. Her team, The Luxe Group, achieved $48 million in sales in 2025.
“When I started looking at other brokerages, in my opinion, there was nothing else that could match what eXp offers,” Orozco said. “I found that what I was missing was what I already had when I joined eXp: Everything was at my fingertips.”
real estate judge
Judge Realty, an independent Georgia-based company, has added Jackie M. Estes to its team, bringing more than 30 years of real estate experience in home sales and management. Estes also holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors. This reflects her passion for serving older clients who are downsizing or need specialized housing options such as independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
“Jackie is an experienced real estate professional who brings an insightful approach and great attention to detail to every real estate transaction,” said Lori Judge, founder and CEO of Judge Realty. “We are thrilled to welcome Jackie to our growing team at Jackie Realty and know she will be a great addition to our clients.”
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty
Angel Gonzalez joins ONE Sotheby’s International Realty after spending 11 years with Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomez team. Mr. Gonzalez specializes in the sale of luxury homes and new developments throughout Florida, New York and California, with over $700 million in closed sales.
“Angel understands how to position and sell luxury goods at the highest level,” said Daniel de la Vega, President and CEO of ONE. “He brings a combination of market intelligence, developer relationships, and execution skills that align perfectly with our company’s strategic direction. We look forward to watching him build on his extraordinary success.”
