Rechat, an integrated AI-powered operating system, and Canva, a visual communications platform, have teamed up to launch a new integration, the companies exclusively told Inman.

With this integration, Rechat provides brokered property data such as photos, property descriptions, and agent details directly into Canva, making creating marketing materials for agents and properties more seamless on the platform. Similarly, agents and teams will be able to submit Canva designs directly from the platform to Rechat.
First, agents simply download the Rechat app within Canva and give Canva access to their listings within Rechat.

“This is aimed at removing friction from the creative process and meeting agents where they want to work,” Rechat CEO and founder Shayan Hamidi said in a statement. “By allowing our users to send their Rechat listing data directly to Canva, we can instantly create high-quality marketing assets.”
