
Industry veteran Mary Lee Blaylock now leads Coldwell Banker’s franchise business after just over a year at Sotheby’s International Realty.
Mary Lee Blaylock, president of Sotheby’s International Realty’s brokerage division, has moved to Coldwell Banker, bringing her leadership skills to the brand’s franchise division.

Mr. Blaylock’s career spans more than 30 years and includes executive positions at Edina Realty, HomeServices of America, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, and Sotheby’s International Realty.
Blaylock launched HomeServices of America’s relocation business and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ national luxury division. At Sotheby’s International Realty, he led the company’s owned brokerage operations throughout the United States, generating billions of dollars in annual sales.

Her work has earned her numerous industry honors, including induction into the RISMedia Hall of Fame and Swanepoel Power 200.
Mr. Blaylock will work alongside Kamini Rangappan Rane, who leads Coldwell Banker’s in-house division as president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Blaylock will succeed Coldwell Banker Affiliates President Jason Waugh, who currently leads HomeServices of America’s insurance subsidiary.
