The Inman Connect San Diego agenda has been officially published.
From July 28-30 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, more than 150 industry leaders, innovators and decision makers will take the stage for three days of conversations focused on the challenges, opportunities and realities shaping residential real estate today.
The theme for this year’s event is “The Reset Is Here.” What to build next? — reflects a fundamentally changed market. Margins will get even tighter. Consumers are becoming more cautious. Technology is rapidly evolving. And brokerage leaders, agents, and teams are all asking the same questions. “What does sustainable growth look like now?”
The 2026 Agenda was built around answering that question.
A new format for a new market
This year’s Inman Connect experience has been redesigned to dig deeper into the conversations that matter most.
Attendees will experience longer session formats, more audience interaction, hands-on workshops, and expanded opportunities for speakers to go beyond the headlines and share practical strategies that can be applied immediately.
Rather than focusing on predictions, the agenda focuses on practical discussions about the future of profitability, leadership, AI, consumer trust, integration, talent recruitment, and intermediation.
