Police confirmed the identity of the man found dead along the Clearview Highway in Queens, New York.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) confirmed that passersby discovered Moncoia’s body in the grass near the Union Turnpike exit around 9am Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim’s hands were tied and signs of blunt force trauma on their head.
An emergency medical officer declared that Moncoia, 57, had died at the scene. It remains unknown how long his body has been there due to the disassembly.

Moncole’s family and friends have been missing since early January and revealed that they were last seen by his housemate on January 2nd. According to ABC7, he was never officially reported missing, but concerns increased when Moncoal was unable to reach him. Usually, we answer via phone.
“When I had never heard of him, three, four or five days later, I said, ‘What’s going on?'” Valley Pierre said it was reported by the Gossa Mist.
Moncole’s brother, Renelle Saint Amor, said he believed that Moncole was only on his annual trip to Haiti first and not questioning safety concerns.
Moncoeur is a real estate veteran for over 20 years and is the real estate sales and sponsor manager for Exp Realty in Rosedale, New York, according to his agent profile on the Exp Realty site and his LinkedIn profile. Moncoeur is also listed as an associate real estate broker for OneKey MLS, the largest multiple listing service in New York, and worked for Hauppouge on Long Island.
Before joining Exp Realty, Moncoeur worked in the Jericho, New York area from 2016 to 2020, working as a licensed agent at the New York Life Insurance Company.
An investigation into Monkoia’s death is underway. Police have not currently identified the suspect.
