Dawson joined Buffini & Company as chief revenue officer in 2024 after co-founding the video messaging platform BombBomb, where he grew the platform to more than 100,000 users in 48 countries, the company said. Since joining the company, he has overseen product development, marketing and sales.
“My job is to take Brian’s vision and build a scalable system to make it a reality,” Dawson said.
Earlier this year, Brian Buffini’s brother Dermot Buffini announced he was stepping down as CEO after 13 years, leaving Brian as chairman and CEO. At the time, Dermot said he would move into the role of board advisor and international brand ambassador, with overall responsibility for “driving international growth, sponsorship and partnership strategy, and coordinating speaking schedules with industry leaders.”
Buffini & Company calls itself North America’s largest real estate coaching and training company, serving more than 4 million professionals in 47 countries.
