Concierge Auctions has partnered with Vesta Home to launch Concierge Curated, a turnkey service for home sellers with properties valued at $10 million or more.
With Concierge Curated, home sellers can have their home completely redesigned by Vesta Home experts and sold at auction in as little as 60 days. The design includes custom interior furnishings tailored to the property’s architecture, market and buyer profile.

“Today’s luxury buyers expect immediacy and an effortless transition. Concierge Curation goes beyond the traditional ‘move-in-ready’ concept to provide a turnkey living experience that is professionally designed from day one,” Chad Roffers, co-founder and CEO of Concierge Auctions, said in a written statement.
“This new product is a strategic evolution of our high-touch auction platform to better serve the $10 million and above market, where buyers with tight schedules and international locations don’t want to wait months for custom furniture.”
“They want spaces that are thoughtfully and cohesively designed and that they can enjoy from the moment they walk in the door,” he added.
Mr Roffers said Concierge Curate mainly reflects demand from “international buyers, second home buyers and super busy entrepreneurs” who prefer the convenience of turnkey properties.
“Demand for turnkey luxury goods has grown steadily over the past decade and continues to accelerate significantly post-pandemic, as high-net-worth buyers increasingly prioritize immediacy, convenience, and fully realized lifestyle experiences over traditional ‘blank canvas’ homes,” Inman said. “[Buyers] They are no longer interested in spending 12 to 18 months sourcing furniture, managing designers, and dealing with supply chain delays after closing. ”
Concierge Auctions’ CEO said Vesta Home is an ideal partner for this service because it already understands “how interiors directly influence buyer behavior and purchasing decisions in the high-end market.”

In 2025 alone, Vesta Home has staged more than 5.2 million square feet of property nationwide, and homes staged with Vesta Home sold up to 45% faster across the $2 million and above market, according to the company.

Roffers and Buckner said sales premiums “vary based on real estate and market conditions.” But they said furnished luxury homes “consistently demonstrate stronger buyer engagement” and “higher overall pricing” compared to comparable unfurnished homes.
