East Pennsboro Township
Panera Bread will open a restaurant in the newly developed Poplar Square Center at the corner of Erfort Street and Poplar Church Street. Poplar Square is being developed by Cinco Guys LLC, which has entered into a long-term lease with Panera for the construction and development of the new restaurant, which will open in 2025. Garrett Rothman of RSR Realtors represented Cinco Guys, and CBRE represented Panera Bread. Panera Bread is the first of several tenants to move into Poplar Square. Cinco Guys also secured a lease for a new dental clinic on the site and plans to build a high-rise apartment building in Poplar Square with the ground floor designated for medical or professional offices.

The Beacon Clinic is a nonprofit medical clinic providing medical care to uninsured and underserved adults in the Harrisburg metropolitan area and surrounding areas, located in a 3,565-square-foot space at 2626 N. Third St. in Harrisburg. I am renting. The space is undergoing minor renovations. The clinic is scheduled to open at the end of October. The former Firehouse Restaurant location at 606 N. Second St. in Harrisburg has been acquired by Men in The Kitchen. The new owners plan to open a restaurant in the space, which will also offer catering and host private events. “Men in the Kitchen” is scheduled for release in the fall. Beau Mangum of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the contract between the buyer and seller.
Lower Paxton Township
Two office condominiums located at 2213 Forest Hills Drive, Northwood Office Condominium Center units 3 and 4, have been sold. Both condos total approximately 4,000 square feet of space and were sold to owners/users who planned to open an office downtown. The new location in the Chambersburg area will be used as a hub for fiber optic installations from Gettysburg to Pittsburgh.
