Realty ONE Group has rebuilt its agent platform from the ground up and launched ZONE Pro, a proprietary AI-powered operating system that bundles an AI growth coach, global referral network, and business automation tools.
Realty ONE Group International has scrapped its old platform, completely rebuilt it, and launched ZONE Pro. ZONE Pro is a proprietary artificial intelligence-powered system from the California-based brokerage and franchisor that will be the central operating layer for its more than 20,000 agents across more than 450 offices worldwide.
This announcement positions ZONE Pro not as a point solution, but as an attempt to replace the patchwork of disconnected tools that define most agents’ daily workflows. The platform bundles an AI growth coach, a global referral network, an AI support bot called “ROGer,” a vendor marketplace, and a training calendar in one dashboard.
“Today’s agents are overwhelmed by unconnected tools and manual workflows,” said Kuba Jewginiew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group, in a statement. “ZONE Pro brings everything together into one intelligent ecosystem designed to help professionals grow faster and work more efficiently.”
“A 24/7 Strategic Business Partner”
The star feature is the AI Growth Coach, which Jewginiew describes as a “24/7 strategic business partner” that analyzes market data, generates hyper-personalized lead generation strategies, and creates daily action steps to increase revenue.
Juguinyu told Inman that the tool serves as a business planning layer for agents from day one on the platform, setting goals, tracking progress and uncovering market insights that inform actionable steps.
“This and our outstanding coaching is another key to their success,” Giugenew said.
Jewginiew said they rebuilt the platform to make it unique because it “allows us to personalize our cutting-edge ecosystem with our trademark COOLTURE and align everything we do with our brand and 6C values.”
“By building our own system, everyone at Realty ONE Group has a voice, so we can also specifically address the needs of real estate professionals and leaders based on first-hand input and feedback,” he said.
Agent recruitment depends on value
The launch of ZONE Pro is further proof that building a proprietary AI platform is not just a productivity drive, but a retention strategy for brokerages.
What Realty ONE Group has built “isn’t just a feature or a layer, it’s a cutting-edge digital ecosystem that is deeply connected to our business model, our global network, and our COOLTURE,” Giuginiou said.
“Additionally, our approach to re-architecting our own systems has allowed us to build with AI in mind, which, as we all know, has leveled the playing field and given us and everyone access to capabilities that once required large teams and big budgets,” Inman said. “We have always been fast and agile, and our technology is known for being sophisticated and innovative.”
Regarding Realty ONE Group’s agents adopting the platform, Jewginiew said, “Adoption is dependent on the value you provide.”
“If you can save agents time, reduce costs and generate more revenue, agents will use the platform,” he said. “ZONE Pro does all three.”
Jewginiew added that it has become much easier for agents to track their business and sync data across other platforms. ZONE Pro also gives you access to your favorite vendor groups and discounts through ONE Marketplace, opening up new opportunities through a growing global referral network that currently spans nearly 30 countries.
“Meaningful Differentiators”
Jewginiew said ZONE Pro was designed to enhance Realty ONE Group’s value proposition.
“We are providing professionals with a powerful AI-driven platform that drives them to more revenue, which is a meaningful differentiator,” he said. “This is part of a larger story of our model, our support and our COOLTURE, which are certainly key elements that make us one of the fastest growing franchisors today.”
Jewginiew emphasized that “AI is layered on top of the platform and is not a single feature, so any agent can benefit from the improvements in ZONE Pro, regardless of how they view AI.”
“The platform brings everything in one place, from referrals and training to reporting and support, so even agents who choose not to actively use AI tools can benefit from a more efficient, centralized system,” he said. “AI improves the experience. Our goal is to meet agents where they are and give them the right tools for how they want to work, while collectively helping them work faster and more efficiently.”
The company has begun rolling out ZONE Pro across its global network.
“We are focused on making sure everyone can access the platform and immediately benefit from it,” Juguigneux said.
