Eve is here. Tom Neuberger says even a casual look at China’s technology shows that they are far ahead of us, even before we get to things like shipbuilding, rare earth management, vast manufacturing bases that often use advanced operational processes, the ability to open factories quickly, and more engineers and scientists.

cute bird deadly bird. (From the video below)
We have seen what war is like today. Sophisticated, cheap, and deadly Iranian-made drones and aging, inaccurate, and expensive American-made missiles ($20,000 vs. $4 million, respectively). Sitting duck targets and bases (ours). Ships are so vulnerable that we can’t afford to deploy them. The military world has changed, and we are not a part of it.
But our warmakers, in their wisdom or arrogance (or bacchanalian madness), still think China is the great international prize and are going after it. (For more on China, see “Alfred McCoy: Control of the ‘World Island'” and “The Great Game of Iran, China and America.”)
So, for fun, let’s take a look at today’s Chinese technology.
drone show
The Chinese have been putting on shows like this for a while.
In 2024, the show showcased the largest image ever formed by a multirotor drone. More than 7,500 machines were used in the exhibition.
And this show in 2026 broke that record. It employs more than 22,000 drones.
Isn’t it beautiful? Let’s think about it here. Would you like to see this fully armed and engaged in combat? I take these displays as military demonstrations. It’s not a joke.
chinese next level dog
Through Glenn Diesen, which I have come to appreciate, we discovered an interesting piece of Chinese technology. This is the most agile robot dog on the planet. (If there is a sound, please turn it off.)
Wouldn’t it look great on the dance floor? Want to see it in action? How about a dozen? hundred.
Fantasy war from China
And finally, the dream of future wars with AI from China. My source of information is this post on Twitter, but I don’t know the source of the post itself. So take this as an M. Night Shyamalan-style fantasy. By the way, the AI is great. Almost passes for real.

Notice the patch with the flag at 1:30. China’s AI model depicted the enemy very clearly. pic.twitter.com/VFe0kWYM6N

Did you notice the NATO flag on the blown away car?
To me, this is similar to our Navy.
And at 1:32, the American flag is still visible on one soldier’s sleeve.
conclusion
First, someone is preparing for us. In fact, they are already ready.
Second, if we don’t defeat Iran, a smart middle power, this group will eat our lunches, beat our children, sink our aircraft carriers, and send us home with a note telling us to sit down and shut up. we have already lost.
Frankly, I don’t know what they’re thinking, our war lords. The unipolar world is gone and they are acting pretty crazy. Can someone please wake them up?
Well, that’s a relief:
