NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – UPDATE: Police have identified the man who was shot and killed in the parking lot of a Madison business Saturday night.
The victim was identified as Edin Delacruz Reyes.
Metro Nashville Police said a small group of men reportedly gathered in the back parking lot earlier in the evening. Police say the motive for the shooting is under investigation.

PREVIOUSLY: The Metro Nashville Police Department is investigating after a man was shot and killed in the parking lot behind a Madison store.
The shooting occurred at 1320 Gallatin Pike South around 9:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 28-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was taken to Skyline Medical Center, where he died, police said.
