Kobani University will organize the 1st International Education Conference entitled “Educational Transformation in the Age of Technology: Vision and Implementation”. The conference opens today and ends tomorrow.
Kobani University co-chair Shervan Muslim said that in addition to faculty from universities in northern and eastern Syria, faculty from the United States, Uruguay, Yemen and Libya will also attend the conference online.
Muslim said that the conference will discuss topics such as “educational technology, digital transformation, educational problems and solutions in educational institutions, development of life and professional skills, research and innovation in education”.
Mr. Muslim said the purpose of the conference was to “exchange experiences between different fields and educational institutions, understand how to improve teaching and learning methods, support the sector for the development of educational technology, “to improve the methods and tools used and to introduce the activities.” It collects a number of universities in northern and eastern Syria and monitors the quality of education in a way that ensures a balance between quantity and quality of education. ”
