MADRID, 30 OCTOBER (.) – The government will provide the country with around 84 million euros, representing 0.7% of personal income tax and corporate tax, to subsidize 1,000 social projects to be implemented in 295 organizations in 2025. Approved the allocation of the subsidy.
The evaluation committee, an interministerial body, agreed on a final allocation of 83,692,167 euros in state aid, an increase of 13.36% compared to 2023, from a 0.7% levy on income and corporate taxes.
This year, 1,662 programs will be offered (153 more than last year) and 1,078 programs will be funded, meaning 64.86% of programs will receive some level of financing.
Of the 429 social organizations presented, resolutions were developed in support of 295 organizations.
The Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and Agenda 2030 has established that the majority of approved programs will address awareness-raising projects, research, the creation of knowledge and good practice, and the strengthening of institutions.
Target groups for the program include children and adolescents, families, young people, women, the elderly, Gypsies, victims of gender violence, LGTBI+ people, people with disabilities, prisoners, people with drug addictions and migrants. .
In addition to the state grant, which funds 20% of the collection, community projects for social benefit activities are also funded with the remaining 80% of the collection.
