Will Christians, who please the current US government’s war with immigrants, be able to ease their attitude with Leviticus 19:34 (King James version)
But the stranger who lives with you will become you as the person born among you, and you love him as yourself.
Do they say that the Bible is merely an epic? Or are they Sinos? Is Christian just a name?
One of the adorable features of the Catholic Church, which was the only Christian church for the 15th century, was the universalism-globalism we used. This feature provides not only a spiritual message, but also a crowd of poor people, a large portion of the population on Earth, and the ability to feel they are somewhere else.
American history is full of testimony to the openness of this country. Hector St. John des Clevecole became a Frenchman (original name: Michel Guillamet Saint des Clevecole) who emigrated to colonial America in the early 1760s. In his famous letter from American farmers (1782) celebrating America, in the chapter, “What is America?”, he writes:
To put it appropriately, there are no strangers. This is a country for everyone.
I also share my classic appeal to universalism, and the completely free immigrants of Friedrich Hayek and James Buchanan. It can comment on the maintenance of a free society at a certain point or level. My post, “Immigration: Confessions and Value Judgments,” on June 19, 2018, provided a skeleton of this kind of discussion.
Is this debate about completely free immigration what Alex Nowrast and Benjamin Powell call “a new economic incident against immigration” in the miserable rejection of the 2021 book? They claim it has no empirical support. Of course, it is economically ineffective when it comes to the argument that immigrants who come and work in America make “society” impossible. If that is effective, then we should blame women or students who have decided to participate in the labor market.
My main point is that immigrant treatment, especially Vray these days, you have tribes, irrational, “non-Americans” to the extent that you can understand the final qualifications, as opposed to the ideals of a free society. The treatment of immigrants is also against the rule of law, and they are becoming increasingly wild. There is no free ideology and there is no free society without human density.
