Corey Perkins, leader of Compass brokerage services, is expanding his role to include the holding company’s nine brands.
Another Compass Securities executive has joined the executive team at Compass International Holdings, with Corey Perkins expanding his role as president of integrated services for the holding company’s nine brands and four transfer, title and settlement, lead and insurance businesses.
Mr. Perkins has been with Compass for eight years, holding leadership positions in brokerage expansion, product strategy and operations, and new business units. During his tenure leading the expansion division, Perkins helped Compass open more than 100 offices in more than 20 new markets. He later established the brokerage firm’s first integrated services division and significantly expanded Compass’ revenues, profitability, and title and escrow grants.
Robert Refkin, chairman and CEO of Compass International Holdings, said in a prepared statement: “Cory has proven that he knows how to build and scale integrated services that deliver real value to agents and their clients. He is the right leader to lead our combined integrated services team and take it to the next level.”

Perkins, whose prior Compass experience includes early-stage venture capital and editorial development, said he is “honored” to be a part of Compass’ next chapter, now under the Compass International Holdings banner, “working alongside a talented team and renowned brands.”
“With the best people and technology supporting our integrated services business, we have a real opportunity to set the standard for service excellence in our industry,” he said in an emailed statement. “I couldn’t be more energized to begin this journey of supporting our real estate professionals and their clients.”
Don Casey, who led Anywhere’s integrated services division, will retire at the end of 2026 and transition into an advisory role with Compass.
Perkins is the latest in a string of former Compass and Anywhere leaders to join Compass International Holdings.
Others include former Anywhere chief human resources officer Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Compass veteran Rory Golod, who was named president of growth, and Anywhere veteran Sue Yannaccone, who was named chief operating officer.
Former Compass executives Tim Gustafson and Shay Artzi have been moved to executive accounting and technical positions at the holding company, respectively. Compass also promoted longtime leader Neda Navab to brokerage president as part of Levkin’s move to head Compass International Holdings.
