Luxury Presence on Wednesday unveiled an improved platform that unifies website, marketing, advertising and customer relationship tools into a single system powered by the company’s proprietary AI.
The company’s presence platform integrates four new features: AI-driven CRM, social media management, listing ads, and homeowner dashboards. This is the latest product launch from the 10-year-old Austin-based company, which aims to fill an overlooked niche in the real estate industry.
“We saw firsthand the current state of real estate technology, how fragmented it is, how many tools agents have to use to do their jobs, and how frustrating an experience it can be,” said founder and CEO Marte Kramer. “That was the moment for me to start Luxury Presence.”
The company says its platform is used by more than 87,000 agents from 18,000 real estate companies. The launch follows a $37 million funding round earlier this year led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
Inside the new CRM
According to Kramer, CRM is the most requested addition by Luxury Presence customers and is built around a feature called Smart Actions. Each morning, the system displays a list of prioritized contacts with messages of support drafted based on communication history, website activity, life events, and a unique database of more than 280 million Americans.
“We take these billions of data points and narrow it down to something actionable for agents,” Kramer said. “All you have to do to finish your outreach for the day is approve your message and click send.”
The system tracks life events such as job changes, new children, and empty nest transitions, and assigns each contact a likelihood of moving score.
Kramer said the feature has yielded results in beta testing. In one example, an agent receives an alert that a contact in their scope has changed jobs. I received a call from an agent and was promised a listing the next day.
AI video, human surveillance
Our social media management service generates on-brand posts and Instagram and Facebook reels from listing photos. The platform can also turn property photos into drone-style listing videos with AI-generated narration, a production format that previously could cost agents upwards of $2,000, Kramer said.
Our team of over 500 designers, marketers, and strategists review your content before it goes to agents for final approval.
“We still believe humans are involved in the loop,” Kramer said. “There are certainly tasks and parts of our service delivery that are always serviced by humans.”
Listing Ads and Homeowner Dashboard
The listing advertising feature allows agents to publish and sell selected listings while the platform handles the creative, targeting, and budget management. The company said no management fees will be charged in addition to advertising costs.
Homeowner Dashboard provides past clients with a branded view of home values, assets, and local market activity hosted on your agent’s domain. The platform alerts agents if past clients exhibit new activity.
In terms of numbers
Luxury Presence says agents on its platform are growing six times faster and closing nearly three times the volume of their peers in the same market. Since its Series B-1 raise in 2023, the company has reported over 110% ARR growth, reaching $450 billion in annual trading volume with over 400,000 listings.
