
Michael Lewis Marketing Suite has been providing marketing services to Keller Williams affiliates since 2013. The MLMS is expected to be expanded to the entire brokerage firm by the third quarter.
Keller Williams has acquired Michael Lewis Marketing Suite (MLMS), a California-based full-service marketing firm. The two companies have partnered since 2013, with MLMS designing over 800 custom digital and print designs for over 130,000 KW of partner agencies.

“For more than a decade, Michael’s world-class marketing suite has been instrumental in the growth of our agency and brokerage affiliates across markets,” KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said in a written statement. “As a testament to its overwhelming success, we are excited to bring our MLMS fully in-house.”
“At KW, we know that the right model, leveraging the right tools, delivers powerful results,” he added. “This important move strengthens both and empowers our entrepreneurs to build something even bigger.”
The Texas-based franchisor announced it will “fully implement” its MLMS by the end of the third quarter, giving its 165,000 affiliated agents access to its listing-to-closing marketing solutions. This includes custom design and branding, strategic marketing plans, and agent onboarding and activation services for KW’s brokerage firms.
“Keller Williams has always been a place where entrepreneurs can build, expand and own their brands,” said Michael Lewis, MLMS Creative Director and CEO, in an official statement. “Going forward, all brokerages and agents who work with KW will have access to a true ‘easy button’ for branding and list-to-close services.”
Lewis will move into an advisory role and work with KW Chief Marketing Officer Sandra Howard and other leaders to deploy MLMS across the KW ecosystem.
