Roomvu’s state-of-the-art AI platform automatically generates two weeks’ worth of content from live MLS data and distributes it across eight social channels to follow up with leads.
Every real estate coach has heard this before. Agents get inspired and post on social media for two weeks, then a deal is made and the content disappears.

Roomvu, a Vancouver-based AI video marketing platform, says it has built a solution for that cycle. The company on Tuesday announced an expansion of what it calls an autonomous visibility system designed to remain consistently present across social media, email and digital advertising, regardless of whether an agent is logged in or not.

“The gap is never knowledge, it’s consistency. Roomvu is closing that gap with a system that automatically generates content from live MLS data, personalizes it with an agent’s voice and face, and deploys it across all channels, whether they’re logged in or not. We didn’t build a marketing tool. We built a system to do it for them,” Roomvu CEO Sam Mehrbod said in a statement.
Always on even when you’re not there
At the core of the updated platform is an AI content engine that automatically builds a rolling two-week content calendar, drawing from real-time MLS listings, market data, and hyperlocal news. Videos are personalized using what Roomvu calls “AI portraiture.” With these tools, you can turn a single photo or 30-second clip into a library of branded content with your agent’s voice.
Its content is automatically distributed across eight social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram Stories. Notably, Roomvu says agents don’t need a business account to use this feature.
The platform also includes an AI-driven receptionist called Roomvu Engage that handles instant follow-up in multiple languages via phone, SMS, and email. The company says it achieves a lead-to-sale rate of 2%, far exceeding common industry benchmarks, and that 49% of consumers who interact with an AI receptionist believe they are talking to a human.
Go back 65 hours per month
Roomvu reports that more than 350,000 professionals currently use the platform, saving users an average of 65 hours of marketing work per month.
said Richard Silver, senior global real estate advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. “This is a great choice for anyone looking to expand their authority.”
The company has expanded into adjacent areas, offering compliant video marketing for mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and financial advisors. This is a sign that Roomvu believes its content automation model can be applied beyond traditional agent audiences.
Roomvu is backed by REACH, the venture capital arm of the National Association of Realtors, and is recognized by the Canadian Innovation Exchange as one of Canada’s top 20 most innovative real estate technology companies.
