
Brands by Integra has acquired Phoenix brokerage CITIEA, marking the national network’s first Arizona contract and the start of its planned Southwest expansion. The partnership adds 72SOLD founder Greg Haig to the national listing strategy role and adds CITIEA’s approximately 1,700 annual transactions and approximately $1 billion in trading volume to Brands by Integra’s 18-state platform.
Brands by Integra on Thursday announced a partnership with Phoenix-based brokerage CITIEA, marking the national network’s first entry into Arizona and the start of a planned regional expansion into the Southwest.
CITIEA, pronounced “city-ah,” will remain an independent brand with access to Compass International Holdings’ technology and referral benefits. Phoenix Securities also maintains an exclusive relationship with 72SOLD, Greg Haig’s 72-hour home sales program, which ranks on the Inc. 5000 Top 250 Fastest Growing U.S. Companies in 2024.

CITIEA has 160 agents, annual trading volume of approximately $1 billion, and more than 1,600 transactions in 2025. Brands by Integra currently has approximately 2,000 agents in more than 70 Century 21, Coldwell Banker and other affiliated offices.
“The opportunity in Arizona is immediate,” Brands by Integra CEO Jim D’Amico said in a statement. “We enter the market with a proven system that continues to generate demand for home sellers, and we intend to grow to meet that demand by adding agents and partnering with CITIEA.”
Teresa Haig will remain as CITIEA President. Greg Haig will assume a national leadership role at Brands by Integra, focusing on listing strategy and program expansion.
Brands by Integra also plans to expand CITIEA’s Homes2X model, which gives sellers instant access to a larger portion of their home equity if their home sells for top dollar, to all 18 states in which it operates.
