So here are some of the biggest announcements from the past few days.
better home and garden real estate
Executive Real Estate Inc., an independent real estate brokerage in Connecticut, has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as BHGRE Executive Real Estate. The company has over 120 agents serving buyers and sellers across Glastonbury, Old Saybrook and Enfield. The firm is led by founding broker Amy Rio and her leadership team, Kevin Greenberg, Maggie D’Amato, and Steve Ellis.
“As an independent owner-manager, I am proud of what we have built, but now, with the support of a world-class organization, our possibilities are limitless,” Rio said in a written statement. “From the structure of our network to our seamless technology stack to the national expansion of the BH&G brand, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is unparalleled and we are all ready for the next chapter of our story.”

Coldwell Banker Envision, a Los Angeles-based affiliate of Coldwell Banker, has added sports and entertainment real estate team iKONIC to its roster. IKONIC Founder Anthony Nguyen has been in the industry for over 20 years and is the co-founder of Score First, a program designed to help Division I and professional athletes build long-term wealth through real estate investing. Nguyen and his team of 20 agents will build the foundation for CB Envision’s new sports and entertainment division.

Giselle Caridi, a veteran of the New England real estate industry, has joined Portside Real Estate. Caridi has been in the industry for over 10 years, serving buyers and sellers throughout Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Maine.
“I joined Portside Real Estate Group because of our reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and a customer-first approach,” she said in an emailed statement. “Our culture aligns with how I believe the real estate business should be practiced with integrity, purpose and a commitment to delivering a sophisticated customer experience.”

Senné has added residential sales, development and investment representatives Gina Carme, Karen McLaine, Alissa Parziale and Teri Kirkland to its roster. The boutique firm currently employs 65 agents and more than 100 financial and real estate professionals across three offices in Boston, New York, and Washington, DC.
