Rechat launches AI Memo, a built-in tool that records, transcribes, and analyzes customer conversations to improve follow-up for real estate agents.
Rechat has launched a new AI-powered feature designed to capture and organize one of the most fragmented parts of an agent’s workflow: conversations.
The brokerage platform’s latest release, AI Memo, is a native conversational intelligence tool that records, transcribes, and structures client interactions as quick voice notes during formal meetings, during showings, or after the fact. This feature is available immediately to all users at no additional charge.
Built with how agents actually work
Unlike traditional note-taking and transcription tools, AI Notes is designed for the off-desk nature of real estate work.
“Real estate doesn’t happen behind a desk or in a well-scheduled meeting,” said Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat. “It happens in the kitchen, in the car, after a movie, in between appointments. AI Memo was built for that reality.”

Agents can record conversations live with the client’s permission or dictate voice notes after the interaction. The system then converts those inputs into a structured summary, key takeaways, and suggested next steps.
That distinction is central. Rather than delivering raw transcripts, AI Memo focuses on producing actionable output tied directly to contacts and transactions within the platform.
From notes to coaching
At the core of this feature is Lucy Insight, a built-in AI coaching layer that analyzes conversations and provides feedback.
The system uncovers missed opportunities, suggests follow-up strategies, and provides guidance on how agents can improve their positioning with clients, effectively turning each interaction into a learning moment.
Audie Chamberlain, vice president of strategic growth and communications at Rechat, says, “Agents who win customer relationships are not agents with great memories.” “They have a better system. AI Memo is that system, and it’s built within Rechat, so there’s nothing new to learn, no need to download a new app, no additional costs.”
solve familiar problems
This feature targets a long-standing challenge in the industry: information loss.
Research cited by the company shows that people forget about half of what is said in a conversation within an hour, and up to 70 percent by the next day. For agents juggling multiple clients, leads, and calls, these gaps can lead to missed follow-ups and lost deals.
“Research shows that people speak three times faster than they type,” said Emile Sed, chief technology officer at Rechat. “AI Memo’s voice dictation shows its speed at screenings, open houses, and after conversations that would never happen on screen.”
By building tools directly into the platform, Rechat seeks to eliminate the friction often associated with standalone solutions that often require separate apps, manual uploads, and CRM integrations.
AI Notes is built into Rechat’s existing systems, so notes are automatically linked to the appropriate contacts, deals, and marketing records. No copy-pasting or third-party integration required.
The company is making this feature available at no additional subscription fee. This is a notable move as vendors race to bundle AI capabilities into their core platforms rather than selling them as add-ons.
Every conversation becomes data
Rechat positions itself as an “AI operating system” for brokerage firms, integrating marketing, CRM, trade management, and communications into one platform. AI Memo extends that strategy to one of the most analog parts of business: human conversations.
If successful, tools like AI Notes could reshape the way agents collect organizational knowledge, turning informal and often fleeting interactions into structured data that can be analyzed, reused, and improved over time.
The changes could be significant for an industry that still relies heavily on personal relationships and face-to-face interactions.
