Keller Williams has promoted Jason Abrams to a new role, building on his 25-year coaching, education and training background at the Texas firm.
Keller Williams has promoted Jason Abrams to chief industrial and strategy officer, according to an exclusive announcement with Inman on Tuesday.
“Jason has dedicated his career to helping agent and broker owners build businesses worth owning and lives worth living,” KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said in a written statement. “He understands that in order to live your best life, you need to focus your efforts on the areas that matter most.”
“This requires best practices combined with proven models and systems,” he added. “This new role expands his ability to drive that impact at scale.”
Jason Abrams
Mr. Abrams joined the franchisor’s corporate team in 2016 as a KW MAPS coach and founding director of KW Next Gen after 25 years at Keller Williams, where he served as a top producer agent, operating principal and team leader. He launched his own coaching venture in 2017 and returned to KW’s executive team as head of industry and learning in 2019.
Over the past seven years, Mr. Abrams has helped expand KW’s education offerings through the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) media franchise, the launch of a digital real estate school with education company Kaplan, and the creation of more than 1,200 hours of on-demand, live, and virtual training on timely topics such as navigating buyer brokerage commission changes and effectively leveraging artificial intelligence.
He is a regular on several industry lists, including the Inman News Marketing All-Stars, and was the host of the HGTV show “Scoring the Deal.”
Abrams said his philosophy is focused on helping KW affiliates take “bold action” and build the “best versions” of their personal and professional lives.
“Everything we do starts with one simple idea: It’s not about money, it’s about becoming the best version of yourself that you can be,” he said in an emailed statement. “Our philosophy is simple: No one succeeds alone. People have lives before you. Model their successes, learn from their mistakes, and take bold action. When we align our learning, strategy, and technology around that mission, we unlock the best versions of our industries and lives.”
“At KW, we teach universal truths rather than following trends. That’s why the MREA books are more relevant today than they were when they were written,” he added. “We’re just getting started.”
