Legendary Manhattan broker Debbie Boehm joins Brown Harris Stevens after 23 years at Corcoran Real Estate. Baum has more than $600 million in lifetime sales and ranks within the top 1.5% of brokers nationwide.
Prior to real estate, she had an extensive career in the fashion industry, working for brands such as Donna Karan New York and Perry Ellis. “I am excited to join Brown Harris Stevens and look forward to continuing to serve clients with such a respected organization,” she said.

Coldwell Banker West has expanded its reach in San Diego County by adding more than 100 agents from Keller Williams Realty in El Cajon. CB West currently has more than 1,110 agents in 12 offices across the region and is San Diego’s largest independently owned and operated real estate brokerage.
“San Diego is our home market and we intend to lead in it,” CB West President Peter Mendiola said in an emailed statement.

Maine-based independent brokerage firm Portside Real Estate has added Ali Smith to its ranks. Mr. Smith is an 11-year veteran of the industry with a background in social work and psychology and worked as a certified family support therapist before transitioning into real estate.
“Ali brings an incredible depth of empathy, professionalism and heart to everything she does,” Alyssa Bootot, Greater Portland Agent Relations Manager at Port Said, said in a prepared statement. “Her background in social work, coupled with her energy, dedication and strong client advocacy, make her a great addition to our Greater Portland team.”

REMAX Chief Growth Officer Chris Lim has one more title added to his list: President. Mr. Lim has been with the Denver-based franchisor since January 2025 after leaving @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, where he was president for more than five years.
“Chris is a proven growth leader with a deep understanding of what drives agency, franchisee and brand success,” REMAX CEO Eric Carlson said in a written statement. “Since joining REMAX, he has brought clarity, energy and momentum to our growth strategy. Hayley Garcia, a top-performing broker in Houston, has transferred her team, Garcia Real Estate Group, to Real Brokerage. Our team of six agents consistently generates more than $200 million in annual sales, with 95% of our sales coming from referrals. Mr. Garcia has been in the industry for 25 years and at one point owned a boutique brokerage firm that was acquired in 2011.

The portal giant promoted three executives this week, including chief product officer Christopher Roberts, senior vice president of rentals John Lim and senior vice president of corporate Marissa Brooks.
The company said these promotions reflect the company’s “core commitment” to consumers and industry professionals, with CEO Jeremy Waxman saying, “Sustainable growth in real estate and technology requires innovation, operational excellence, and trust…Together, these will help position Zillow for long-term success.”
