Toronto real estate mogul Vivian Rishi and her two children, Michelle and Justin, moved their brokerage to REMAX after many years at Royal Lepage. The team behind The Risis generated $3 billion in revenue in 2025 alone.
REMAX strengthens its presence in Canada with the addition of two family-owned brokerages with 1,200 agents across 17 offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
Royal LePage Your Community Realty and Royal LePage Connect Realty operate as REMAX Your Community Realty and REMAX Connect Realty, with combined brokerage sales of more than $3 billion in 2025 alone. The brokerage firm’s founders Vivian Lisi, Michelle Lisi and Justin Lisi will continue to lead their respective teams.

Vivian Risi began her career in real estate in 1974 and purchased her first brokerage, Your Community Realty, in 1994. Risi has grown his team from 18 agents in one office to more than 1,000 real estate agents across 10 offices in Toronto. Her children Michelle and Justin also followed in her footsteps, further expanding the Rishi family’s real estate footprint with Royal LePage Connect Realty.

REMAX’s agent count in the U.S. and Canada fell 4.8% in the fourth quarter to 76,457, but the franchisor remains one of the top real estate franchisors in the country.
