Industry veteran Villa Williams has been named seller-led platform Realty.com’s first chief growth officer, the company announced Monday in Inman.
With the new role and appointment of Williams, Realty.com is formalizing its long-term strategy as the company continues to expand its unique technology, data infrastructure and industry relationships.
As chief growth officer, Mr. Williams will oversee growth strategy. Platform expansion. Partnerships between teams, agents and companies. Development of training and implementation programs.

Williams has held several leadership roles in the industry throughout his career, including three years as president of Ben Kinney Brokerages, approximately one year as director of growth for the Upgrade Community at eXp Realty, and approximately three and a half years as industry director at Place.
During his tenure at Ben Kinney, Williams significantly increased the number of distributors and contributed to a 251% increase in sales volume over three years.

While at Realty.com, Williams will continue to work with Place, owning and operating her Seattle-based team, Vija Real Estate. She also plans to continue her work as a coach with the John Cheprak organization.
