
After 13 years as CEO, Dermot Buffini will now serve as Board Advisor and International Brand Ambassador for the renowned real estate coaching company.
Renowned real estate coaching firm Buffini & Company is putting the CEO reins back in the hands of its founder.
Dermot Buffini, the brother of the company’s founder Brian Buffini, announced Monday that he is stepping down as CEO after 13 years. Brian Buffini, who first started his coaching company in 1996, will now serve as chairman and CEO.
“Today, Buffini & Company celebrates its 30th anniversary, and Dermot has been an integral part of that journey for the past 26 years,” Brian Buffini said in a statement. “We are grateful for his influence and leadership on our organization and are excited about this next chapter of growth. Dermot’s leadership has helped build Buffini & Company into the industry leader it is today.”
Dermot said in a statement that he was instrumental in ushering in an era of global expansion and growth for the coaching company. With the transition, he will move into a role as Board Advisor and International Brand Ambassador. His responsibilities include supporting international growth, driving sponsorship and partnership strategy, and scheduling speaking engagements with industry leaders. Dermot will continue to host ‘The Curious CEO’ on YouTube. The show interviews CEOs and entrepreneurs and has amassed 115,000 subscribers in less than a year.
