Century 21 supported the 45th year Easter Seal with a $2.6 million donation from the brokerage’s independent franchise and sales affiliate. The New Jersey-based franchisor’s total lifetime contributions are $141 million, all supporting healthcare, education, employment, transportation and mobility opportunities for people with disabilities, seniors, veterans and families.

“The comprehensive support for the Century 21 brand’s Easter Seal is truly amazing and we are very grateful for the long-standing relationship,” said Kendra Davenport, CEO of the nonprofit. “From annual fundraising campaigns to unique charity events, brokers and agents from North American Century 21 brands are important in our mission to create a world where people with disabilities can live a full life. It plays a role.”

Century 21 experts in Utica, Michigan said that the 57 agent franchise raised $1.5 million for Easter Seal in 2024, and Canada’s Franchise Century 21 BJ Ross Realty Ltd., Century 21 Millennium Inc., Century 21 Foothills Real Estate, and the Texas-based franchise Century 21 Judge Fit Company, rounded out the top five contributors of the year. The remaining top 16 franchises are in Washington, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Canada.

Sexton said the franchisor is looking forward to the third annual International Week, scheduled for July 28th to August 1st.
