Holly Parker, a luxury real estate powerhouse, is making a big move. 25 years after Douglas Elliman, she is taking her elite team to a compass in New York, the brokerage announced Wednesday.
Parker has sold over $10 billion in sales, and according to the announcement, it boasts $500 million as Elliman’s #1 or #2 agent and annual sales volumes of over 10 years of winning streak.

“We are thrilled to welcome Holly and her team into the Compass,” Compass co-founder and CEO Robert Lefkin said in a statement to Inman.
Parker’s team, the Holly Parker team, is known for breaking records and handling some of New York’s most famous deals. Parker led the sellouts at Jean Novel’s 100 11th Avenue and 10 Madison Square West, crushing price forecasts for a total of $850 million.
Parker customers are as diverse as they are distinguished: first-time buyers, Fortune 500 executives, and A-list celebrities. Her bold strategy and client-first approach have earned her a reputation as one of the most trusted names in the business.

For Parker, all movements to compass are about the future, she said.
