One of the first sexual assault lawsuits brought to gorgeous brokers and Oren Alexander last June is a qualification of New York method that allows sexual assault survivors to appeal to attackers. It was rejected because it was not submitted within the appropriate time frame.
Usually, the laws of restrictions in New York to submit sexual assault and gender -based violence are seven years. In other words, the victim, Angelica Parker, claims that she had to submit her claim in 2019. New York City has created two extensions so that victims can submit billing beyond that window.

Parker has submitted her claim under the victims of New York City under the Gender Fortune Protection Law (VGMVPL) that allow her to submit by March 2025. However, Lewis A. Caplan, a Federal District Court in Manhattan, has replaced the State Adult Survival Law (ASA) as an extension of New York.
The lawsuit was raised to Tal, Oren and Alon, and all three claims were rejected. In the case of Tal, his claim has been rejected without prejudice. In other words, Parker means that he can submit a corrected complaint to him. Her deadline is February 14, 2025.
Parker, who also named Angelica Sekora, claimed that in the fall of 2012, Oren and Alon took Parker and her friends to the apartment in Manhattan. Parker says that his brothers gave women’s ecstasy without knowledge. Later, Parker’s friend began to feel uncomfortable and left the apartment. Tal and Alon argue that they are since Oren’s rape hoodies, as Oren is seeing.
This is the third lawsuit released to Alexander in June, and first named TAL as the perpetrator. Real Deal reported that the first two lawsuits to claim rape and sexual assault brothers were filed by Rebecca Mandel and Kate Whiteman.
The brothers deny all sexual assaults and rape claims to them.
Despite this sparse grace from their legal issues, Alexander maintained the federal custody on charges of sexual personal trafficking and was refused bail earlier this month. They also argue that the encounter that landed them on the charges of the federal sexual trafficking was an agreement. They are currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan detention center, and the rapper Shawn “Daddy” and Kiralujingene, a United Healthcare CEO, are also waiting for the trial date.
Last week, another woman who attended the initial “ES” filed a lawsuit against Tal and Oren Alexander in Miami, invited the former Miami Beach’s former waterfront property to a tour, and supported Oren in 2021. I claimed that I was attacked by Tal.
Tal and Oren’s former securities companies have complained of a brothers who have defined $ 4.6 million, a claim that the brothers have denied.
