After a year of intense onboarding, the company reached a remarkable milestone of averaging 1,000 agents per month in 2024, according to a Jan. 23 statement sent to Inman. The company said the first month of 2025 could be the most productive hiring month in the company’s history.
Real is known for its technology-forward remote brokerage model, offering multiple formats for teams and brokers to participate, products and benefits that build agent wealth, and a growing suite of AI-based productivity systems. .
The benchmark for publicly traded companies will be posted on the billboards of the Nasdaq exchange in New York on January 23 and 24.

Accompanying Spyglass on Real Journey in January are Harvest Realty, an independent brokerage firm with 550 agents in Southern California, Florida-based Bergman Group, led by industry influencer Shane Bergman; and Kraft & Bauer Real Estate Company, which has 60 agents. in California and Arizona.
Real president Sharan Srivatsaa called his company’s growth a “movement.”
