Three real estate leaders, 1000 Watt’s Mark Davison, Ocusel’s John Highhouse, and Collabora Technology’s David Sharon, have turned their anguish over the Los Angeles wildfires into heroic purpose.
They wrote the lyrics and produced the song “Santa Ana Fury” with the help of AI. The song is a passionate and heartfelt song that captures the pain, victims, community reaction, and fear of this monumental natural disaster.
The song calls on the industry to donate generously to the Realtor Relief Foundation (RRF). RRF provides support to families displaced by climate-related disasters, with 100% of the funds raised going to affected communities.

The three friends collaborated on the production process, with Davison writing down his initial thoughts, which evolved into lyrics. The trio then massaged their words over the next few days.
Heithaus recorded preliminary music, including guitar and bass. He also identified an AI program that blends music and lyrics to create a cohesive song.
They used Musiversal, a program where real musicians are virtually connected via the internet and put into a platform for mixing.

The AI Music Lab provided specific instructions and prompts for both lyrics and musical structure.
The group simultaneously worked on the cover art, which included naming makeup artist KOKO (Keep On Keeping On). They completed the final version of the cover art on Monday.
They needed a voiceover, so they tapped brand architect and coach Kat Torre for the role.
Good luck gentlemen! Let’s all give generously.
Read the lyrics to “Santa Anna Fury” below.
In the January wind where flames dance freely,
A wave of misery sweeps from Pacific Palisades to Hollywood.
Fire consumes the dreams that were and will never be.
Smoke fills the evening sky from Malibu to Altadenaz Heights.
As a neighbor, help your neighbor through the chaos and shouting.
A thousand homes, now memories reduced to embers and ashes,
Flames shoot across the canyon as firefighters battle the blaze.
Los Angeles, we are with you through this darkest of times.
Like ninety mile winds blowing away the destructive power of fire.
Even though fire may test your strength, your spirit will not be broken.
Because tomorrow will dawn and bring a new ray of hope.
Through Runyon Canyon to the edge of sunset, where stars once lit the way.
Today, various stars of courage are shining among the people who fight every day.
Remember, you are not the only one participating in this scary dance of hell.
Because out of these ashes, your city will move forward stronger.
From the ashes we will rise, from a power we did not know.
Every helping hand shown shows what we can do.
In this moment we reveal what community is.
When we open our hearts and free our souls.
Raise your voice to the ember sky and lift all our spirits aloft.
Through the shadows we find the light, our love will guide you home tonight.
