Coldwell Banker’s Warburg will expand its team to Brooklyn’s trendy Dumbo neighborhood, the company announced.
The new location will be the first in the borough for the company, which has focused primarily on the Manhattan market for the past century.
“As we continue to grow, we need to expand our existing footprint in Brooklyn to help our agents meet the demands of a fast-paced market,” said Kebelin Guzman, regional vice president, Coldwell Banker Warburg. It’s clear.” “We are ready to continue serving Brooklyn’s unique needs with the same expertise and personalized touch that defines our work in Manhattan.”
The company said the new DUMBO office will serve as a satellite location for its main location across the bridge in Manhattan. The new space will support the agency’s operations outside of Manhattan, as well as marketing and media production.
“Agents and their customers consistently rely on Coldwell Banker to take advantage of our strong support, service and market resonance,” Coldwell Banker CEO Kamini Rane said in a statement. “The Brooklyn market is no exception.” “We congratulate Coldwell Banker Warburg on achieving this great milestone in one of the nation’s most exciting markets as they continue to unearth new opportunities for growth and success in Brooklyn and beyond. I hope so.”
Coldwell Banker Warburg was founded in 2021 after Warburg Realty was first branded under Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. This merger brings together two long-time real estate industry leaders under one umbrella: Anywhere Real Estate. Mr. Guzman began leading the firm last year.
“I look forward to using this office as my home base to forge new relationships, serve our clients, and expand my role in building Brooklyn’s ongoing story,” Guzman said.
