Leading Hamptons agents Michaela Kesler and Paulina Kesler have left Douglas Elliman to join Sotheby’s International Realty in Southampton, the firm announced Monday.
Sotheby’s International Realty said in a press statement that the mother-daughter duo has made a name for themselves in the tony Long Island community and have collectively closed more than $200 million in the past 12 months.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michaela and Paulina to Sotheby’s International Realty,” Hamptons Brokerage Co-Manager Nanette Hansen said in a statement. “As experts in the Hamptons market, they were looking for an international platform to enhance their clients’ properties. will drive global success.”
Douglas Elliman said he is “grateful” for the Keslers’ “friendship and professionalism” and wishes them “the greatest success in their next venture.”
Michaela Keszler has been serving the Hamptons real estate community for over 20 years and has more than $2 billion in lifetime sales. While at Douglas Elliman, Mr. Kesler was the brokerage’s top agent in the Hamptons in 2023, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2016 and 2014. He was also one of the brokerage’s top three agents in the nation in 2023, 2017, 2015, and 2013.
Paulina Keszler began her career in 2019 and won Douglas Elliman’s Hamptons Newcomer of the Year award in 2020, as well as the company’s Gold Award for ranking in the top 9 percent of agents that year. In 2022, Paulina ranked in the top 5 percent of Douglas Elliman agents nationally, and in 2021 she was #16 in the Hamptons.
Michaela Kesler, a European native who became a full-time Hamptons resident in 1995, said Sotheby’s International Realty’s global network was a big draw.
