MADISON (WKOW) — A 43-foot bronze statue depicting former President Donald Trump naked has been installed in Madison.
Organizers say it’s a “crooked obscenity” tour featuring a naked marionette of President Trump.
“Having garnered national media attention, this thought-provoking installation continues to spark conversations about leadership, power, and contemporary political dynamics,” a press release said.
Organizers say the aim of the £6,000 statue is to “promote dialogue and encourage critical thinking about the performative aspects of political influence and leadership”.
The statue was installed on private property along Pennsylvania Avenue in Madison and arrived in the city on Friday.
This pop-up exhibition is being held in several cities across the country, including Las Vegas, Nevada. Phoenix, Arizona. and Detroit, Michigan.
Organizers say the statue will remain in Madison until Oct. 27.
