It’s no secret that he’s from Philadelphia, but where does Kevin Hart live now? The comedy stalwart’s home has modern interiors with Spanish and Mediterranean leanings. There is a tendency. “I love the modern atmosphere.” [design]” Hart, who long ago traded the City of Brotherly Love for La La Land, told AD during a tour of his 2023 Hollywood office space. “I want open spaces. I want lots of glass.” That affinity is reflected in the actor’s real estate portfolio, which showcases open-plan glass spaces.
Another theme the daddy star gravitates toward when buying a home is large properties with plenty of outdoor amenities. For the father of four, the swimming pool and patio are just the beginning. Below, we’ve rounded up some of the luxury pads Hart called home.

Hart had a busy year in 2012. He starred in three movies, Think Like a Man, Exit Strategy, and The Five Year Engagement, and bought a new home, where he would live for the next seven years. The actor spent $1.99 million on a two-story mansion in the exclusive Mulholland Park neighborhood of Tarzana, California. Built in 2000, this 6,549-square-foot contemporary home features Spanish Colonial features, including curved red clay roof tiles, arches, balconies, and stately columns framing a tall wrought-iron front door. It boasts a revival style look.
Inside, the double-height entrance hall features white marble floors, a massive chandelier, and two winding staircases lined with wrought-iron balustrades that meet on the second floor. Beyond the entry hall is a living room with access to the backyard, large windows, and a floor-to-ceiling metal fireplace. This home has seven bedrooms and bathrooms. The entire wing is devoted to the primary suite, which features a fireplace, spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub, walk-in closet, and private balcony.
The home’s outdoor space is equally impressive. The pool with waterfall, covered dining patio and outdoor barbecue kitchen all remain.
Hart sold the mansion in 2019 for $2.75 million.
