Season tickets for the 2024-25 women’s basketball season are now on sale. Next season, the Yellow Jackets, in their sixth season under head coach Nell Fortner, will have nine ACC home games in addition to a challenging non-conference game. Season ticket packages are available for just $65 for reserved seats ($151 savings) and $50 for general admission ($130 savings). Single game tickets for this season are also on sale. Single game tickets start at just $10 for general admission seats and $12 for reserved seats. Georgia Tech women’s basketball celebrates 50 years
Georgia Tech celebrates 50 years of women’s basketball at the Flats this season. Under the guidance of coach Jim Culpepper, Georgia Tech competed in the inaugural year of the Georgia Intercollegiate Athletic Association for Women (GAIAW) in 1974-75, then joined the ACC in 1979-80. Tech has played in the NCAA Tournament 11 times, appeared in the Sweet 16 twice (2012, 2021) and produced nine WNBA draft picks, including first-round draft picks Alex Montgomery and Sasha Goodlett. , has seen many highlights over 50 years. Georgia Tech qualified for the postseason for the first time in school history, winning the 1992 National Women’s Invitational Tournament.
