Jesse McCracken
Inman learned of the latest additions in a February 5 statement from a brokerage led by Jessie McCracken and Will Hickey. Real has over 1,000 agents in Alberta.
McCracken and Hickey built Yegpro Realty from three agents and obtained it in 2017. The company says it has reported $1.4 billion in sales since 2021, based on Edmonton’s revenue.
The leadership team, according to the statement, focuses on training and mentoring new agents, and says McCracken is partnering with what actually “makes sense.”
“By participating in Real, we provide the best opportunity for our agents to stay one step ahead. Our culture of collaboration and training remains with the Yegpro brand, but our agents are bigger. We benefit from being part of it,” says McCracken. “They will have all the advantages with agents working with Real’s financial opportunities and technology platforms.”
Hicky
Real brought Yegpro after a massive recruitment year, during which it averaged 1,000 agents per month, surpassing 25,000 agents. The company grew 5,000 agents between July and December.
“To reach this incredible milestone isn’t just about numbers. It’s about the community we’ve built together. Every agent, every story, every deal – it’s all extraordinary It leads to things,” the actual President Charlan Sribatzer said in January.
The real-life partnership model and back-end technology arrangement have proven to be a strong draw for the industry. It also offers perks programs and a remote officeless corporate structure. It created a gorgeous division in 2024, led by Cofinalty, an agent focused on sports and entertainment.
The Real was also named No. 38 on the Deloitte Technology High Speed 500 list in November, Inman reported.
Regarding the latest picks, Srivatsaa said, among other things, he is excited.
“Jesse and Will are leading leaders who share their vision of innovation and collaboration,” he said. “Reaching the 1,000-agent milestone in Alberta underscores the strength of our community and the unforgiving focus on building the future of real estate together.”
