Eve here. The oddity may seem whimsical, as many readers consider Tom Neuberger’s arguments about US constitutional issues useful and provocative. However, contrary to the fact that many of the founding fathers of this movement, such as Milton Friedman, are libertarian anarchists, evoke a constitutional framework in the midst of a reactionary revolutionary SEM. They are against the rule of law. Because it limits all of those Ain Rand supermen (though, coincidentally they signed a heart contract).

Constitution (n): Rules and practices that determine the structure and function of central and local government organs in a state and regulate the relationship between individuals and states.
– Oxford University Oxford Reference
“We Americans form perfect unions, establish justice, ensure domestic quiet, provide common defense, promote general welfare, secure the blessing of freedom for themselves and later generations, ordained and established this constitution for America in America.”
– I’m used to the US Constitution
I have written a lot, especially about the Constitutional Constitution, which is the American Constitution. For example, here and here.
The next American constitution to renew the constitution
My content is these:
The American Constitution has made three major reviews, each spurring by the crisis and correcting the flaws of the previous flaws. The current constitution has so far been floating from previous public agreements.
Our degraded constitution
Our third (New Deal) constitution was implemented from confirmation by the Supreme Court until about 1937, 1980. It is now 2025, and many of the many agreements in the Constitution that you have completely deteriorated and in fact been abolished.
For example, there is no more Fourth Amendment. The right to eliminate “irrational searches and seizures” is completely gone and surrenders to security. The same goes for many of the 13th (prison labor is slave labor), most of the 14th (equal rights and legitimate processes are disappearing quickly, except for the “Persians” in the corporation), and all 15 (voting rights are no longer guaranteed).
Furthermore, you have revealed the management of the economy of the New Deal Constitution as a way to “promote general welfare.” The government controls the economy, helping the wealthy to bring people into poverty, the opposite of their original goal.
What is the Constitution?
The Oxford Reference, the digital research platform at Oxford University Press, said, “This is how it defines the constitution.
Rules and practices that determine the organ composition and function of central and local governments in a nation and regulate the relationship between individuals and states. Most states have written constitutions, and one of their basic provisions is that they can only become amebed in their own right following special procedures. The British constitution is hardly written. It is made up of part of the statute, and subsequent statutes do not require any special procedures (see Parliamentary Act), but also consider the governance of customary law and the important extension of constitutional treaties.
What we are interested in here is “constitutional practices.” Although a written (“codified”) constitution can be formally amended, even a “fully codified” constitution argues that there are parts that are not enacted, and all of them are subject to amendments by unwritten aggregations.
We have considered the fate of the Fourth Amendment. We actually exchanged “essential freedom” for the “illusion of safety” to paraphrase Benjamin Franklin. The fourth word has not changed. But they certainly have an agreement on them.
Why use the term “new constitution”?
Whether or not a contract that altered Tohese, like Sub, calls a “new constitutional order” or a new constitution actually makes an unrealistic difference. A great many countries use constitutions that are completely unrelated (Israel, Saudi Arabia) or partially unrelated (Canada, China, UK).
I also think it is important to use terms that are considered to be our own partially codified constitution.
Our first document, called the Constitution — fundamentally changed the relationship between states and federal governments established by the Union states.
Our second – the codified constitution of reconstruction amendments – completely abolished everything the original document said about Enslavedo labour (Made Moot).
And our third, completely unrelated New Deal Constitution, is based on a fundamental reinterpretation of some of the original documents, such as the commercial transaction clause of Article 1, and the due process provisions of the fifth amendment. Codified amendments were not passed during the FDR president, but the ocean changes regarding government power differ.
The next American constitution
This is because, as I argued, we changed the new deal very dramatically to make it almost recognised in many important ways.
So we certainly have something new planned. In fact, the current administration has gone to extremes and decided to take office in violation of the court. The agreement existed until Nixon expanded the president’s power (since 1968) and rescinded a new contractual agreement on both the preamble direction to “promote general welfare” of the economy and the people.
The next constitution, if it continues – I tentatively call it a neoliberal constitution, which does not capture the rule of religious rights or security – will be the first to reverse the ability of people to live a good life. As a result, you may not survive. The current order is certainly deeply unstable, muscular absentee, and registers security status.
I’ll stay on this theme. I was planning to write “The Next American Constitution” for the SF Chronicle in 2018 and write a book. The project was not completed because so many were unknown. The destruction produced by Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Bush and Obama was extensive. I was able to see how things were going, but I thought the outcome was questionable. The 2016 primary in Washington, Lincoln, or Roosevelt complained, it looked positive. be? no. But it is possible.
The outcome may still be questionable, but not so much. Time to modify the project. The fourth American constitution is made up of clothes and waiting on wings ready to stand on stage. It’s time to discuss that.
