The Government has announced changes to the submission process for Commercial Partner Visa applications.
Important points:
Visa application centers are operated by commercial partners (suppliers) on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration. For applications outside the UK, commercial partners will switch from TLScontact to VFS Global for Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia until January 2025, while other regions are unaffected. For applications within the UK, the commercial partner for UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services has changed from Sopra Steria to TLScontact from 15 October. Applicants can find an updated list of locations that have already changed commercial partners here.
Additional information: For applicants within the UK, booking availability may be limited for a short period of time. International applicants should receive email updates from TLScontact and VFS Global if their application is affected.
