President Donald Trump will meet with top advisers in the White House wrinkle room Thursday morning following reports that he personally approved a plan for a US attack on Iran. This is a development that comes after days of pressure from the Republican Hawks in Congress to intervene in the war that Israel launched last week.
The Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday that Trump had approved Iran’s plan of attack but refrained from giving a final order to see if Tehran would abandon its nuclear program.”
“Trump was squeezing his decision, but the US forces continued to move forces towards Europe and the Middle East, including tanker plans to refuel aircraft in flight, warships that can fire down balist missiles, aircraft airline combat groups, and tanker plans that include advanced F-Air-Air-Air-Aighters.
CBS News also reported that Trump “approved the attack plan in Iran on Tuesday night.”
Trump’s belligerent rhetoric and demand for “unconditional surrender” ahead of the possibility of a US attack accepted a sharp responsibilities from Iranian officials who said they would not negotiate under Duares on Wednesday.
The US has posted a 30,000 pound bunkerbuster bomb within Iran’s stimulus distance, claiming that Israel needs such explosives to collide with Iran’s massive intigancencanc fordow nuclear sites.
“We’re the only Oons who have the ability to do that, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to do it,” Trump took the reporter on Wednesday.
Final decisions from the president’s experience have led to anti-war members of Congress urgently moving to build support for legislative efforts to launch unauthorized US attacks on Iran.
Rep. Thomas Massey (r-ky.) and Rep. Locanna (d-Calif), who co-led on House War Power’s resolutions, has been left behind by the Democrats to consolidate our involvement in Israel’s war.
“This is now defined for the Democrats,” Kanna said Wednesday. “Are you going to criticize Netanyahu’s offensive weapons and blank checks?
According to one tally, only 37 people in Congress are currently supporting anti-war resolutions in front of the House and Senate.
Above @chrislhayesI’m on the street @senschumer To support @timkaine, @Sensandersand @Repthomasmasie And my resolution against the war in Iran. This is a critical moment for our party, where too many people have failed in supporting the Iraq war.

Two Democrats in Congress – Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Chiefs (DN.Y Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) ban the president from using federal funds for approved attacks on Iran.
But Schumer was one of the Democratic senators who signed Wednesday’s declaration that “will not avoid military intervention that puts the United States at risk.”
“Knowing military action between Israel represents a dangerous escalation that risks igniting a wider war in the region,” the statement reads. “As President Trump reportedly considers increasing engagement in the war, we are receiving coordinated advice on the lack of preparation, strategies, and well-defined goals, as well as the great risks to America and civilians in the region.”
Sen. Tim Kane (D-Va.) revealed a resolution on war power earlier this week in the Republican-controlled Senate, but he has to wait 10 days before I can vote for the measure.
“The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war,” Kane wrote in a social media post Wednesday. “That’s why we filled out a resolution calling for discussion and votes in Congress before harming men and women in our country in uniform.”
The senator will praise the classified briefing on Iran from the Trump administration next week, but the president was able to order a military strike earlier.
Politics reported Wednesday that “Trump, who criticized his manager for allowing a new war to break out on his watch, is increasingly hearing a small group of Iranian Hawks trying to make Tehran even tougher.”
“Trump has embraced the debate by defending more military involvement, including General Michael “Eric” Kurira, who leads Central Command, and Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Tom Cotton of Arkansas,” the outlet said.
