Mr. Keyes participated in more than 30 focus groups and workshops with internal managers and employees to glean valuable insights to support the rebrand.
“Our focus groups revealed that Keyes is often considered the ‘biggest secret’ in the Florida real estate industry. ,” Keys said in a statement. “This rebrand honors that tradition while uniting our team under one strong identity that reflects who we are across Florida as we approach a century of service.”
Highlights of the rebrand
Visual refresh: The new logo combines the original 1920s logo with contemporary style, featuring primary colors like Everglades Green, Miami Sands, and Delray Beach, with accents of Sunset Clay, Coral Blush, and Biscayne. It is complemented by a warm and vibrant color palette inspired by the Florida landscape. Blue. Hand-drawn illustrations of landmarks and homes add a playful local touch. New tagline: You’re Home Here™ reflects Keyes’ emphasis on community and personalized service. Technology upgrades: Enhance client interactions with tools like RealReports (AI-powered real estate insights) and Sunny AI Assistant, and optimize listings with the Zillow Listing Showcase partnership. Agent Support: Expanded concierge services and personalized training programs enhance the capabilities of the Keys real estate team.
