OMAHA, Nebraska – Berkshire Hathaway shareholders will be more interactive than ever at this year’s annual shopping event meeting.
The conglomerate’s annual conference began on Friday with a shareholder-only shopping event called the “Bargain Berkshire Bazaar.” With over 20,000 square feet of showroom space at Kai Health Center in downtown Omaha, the exhibition hall offers merchandise from countless conglomerates, including Brooks Sports’ Warren Buffett-themed apparel and Sea’s candy Berkshire chocolate coins.
Buffett will address tariffs, market volatility and economic conditions at 9am ET on Saturday to address the most pressing issues investors face. The 94-year-old investment legend, along with designated successor Greg Abel and Berkshire insurance chief Ajit Jain, answers shareholder questions. Q&A sessions will only be broadcast on CNBC.

The gorgeous toy phenomenon Squish Marrows stole the show again. The “Omaha Oracle” and the late Charlie Munger modelled on the late Charlie Munger as shareholders snapped over 1,000 Snuggly dolls per hour, and the late Charlie Munger became the biggest hits at shopping events.
This year, Squishmallows also featured a new limited edition dog character called “Omaha.”

Berkshire inherited Squish Marrows’ parent Jazzwalles through the acquisition of Alleghany in the fourth quarter of 2022. These squishy toys instantly felt in a pandemic moment thanks to the support of celebrities. In 2022 alone, the company sold a whopping 100 million squish marrow units. Prices range from $5 to $30.
At the shopping event, the company will showcase its latest product, pillows for both children and adults, and it was launched this summer. Berkshire shareholders can purchase a special edition pillowcase featuring Buffett and Munger cartoon figures.

The books for sale at Berkshire Bookstore Bookworms this year are on sale on the Berkshire Hathaway’s 60-Year Book Wall, commemorating decades since Buffett took over what was the then-failed Massachusetts textile company.
Berkshire sells a limited edition 5,000 volumes. Proceeds from auctions of copies signed by Buffett and author Carrie Sova benefit Stephen Centre, a charity for homeless youth and adults in South Omaha.

One of Berkshire’s most iconic brands, See’s Candies has been able to purchase a themed chocolate formula.
Tied to the camp theme for this year’s conference, See’s sold boxes of toasted marshmallow-flavored chocolate. The box was decorated with an illustration of Buffett next to the campfire. Other items for sale included chocolate coins with a wrapper with Buffett’s face embossed face, and the company’s famous Peanut Brittle.

Dairy Queen, acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 1998, provided sweet treats to attendees while attendees climbed the stairs at the bazaar. The ice cream chain divider sold for $1, while the buster bar sold for $2.
