1. How did you start with real estate?
He is from Rima, Peru, and for 18 years in this country, I have a desire to move to Houston 13 years ago and create a prosperous life for myself and my family. My background in bank management and technology gave real estate with analytical and interpersonal skills that seamlessly shifting.
I wanted to combine my love for the dynamic world of property and investment with my passion to help others. Real estate has led the client to achieve one of the biggest dreams, which is one of the largest dreams, but has built a meaningful relationship.
2. How did you choose your securities company?
Era Legacy Living has been my first and only securities company since I started my career in real estate. My decision to participate was rooted in the incredible leadership and guidance provided by my brokers Patrick and Gemila Winnie.
From the first day, they have contributed to my success and provide support, guidance, and encouragement in all aspects of my career. With their vision and roll models for promoting outstanding environments, I was able to succeed not only as an agent but also as a leader in my community.
Thanks to their guidance and my beliefs about my potential, I was able to achieve my once dreamy milestones. As a lead associate, I was able to teach new agents, share my knowledge, and contribute to the culture that values outstanding and innovation.
3. Do you want more people know about working in real estate?
Many people want to understand that success in real estate is related to relationships, not transactions. It is a reliable resource for the client after the creation of trust, building a strong influence area, and the end of the transaction. It may be worthwhile in many ways, but it depends on the dedication, continuous learning, and powerful support systems you put in it.
4. What do you know now, what you want when you start?
I wish I could know the power of follow -up and database management from the beginning. Building a system to communicate with leads, past clients, potential referrals is one of the most important factors in my success. It is not about a quick victory. It is about nurturing relationships with long -term growth and time.
5. What is a good leader?
Excellent leaders stimulate others by indicating the model. They gain strength to the team, listen aggressively, and provide clear guidance, growing freedom to individuals. For me, being a good leader means that it can be used as a resource, giving priority to mentorship, encouraging education. That is, creating a positive environment that everyone feels and appreciates.
